Apps by Oğuzhan ÇART
What you get when you buy one of these apps, and the one thing a calculator can never do for you.
Buying an app buys you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on the devices your Apple Account allows. You do not own the software itself, and you may not resell it, rent it, or take it apart and publish the pieces.
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to every app on this page. Where anything here disagrees with Apple's terms, Apple's terms win.
A calculation is not a decision. These apps work out figures from the numbers you give them and from published trade tables. They do not inspect your job, your material or your tools. You remain the tradesperson: check the result against the code that applies where you work, against the manufacturer's own chart, and against your own measurement, before you cut, bend or install anything.
BendMark in particular works from the bender head you choose in the app. If that head is not the one in your hands, or its take-up and radius differ from the figures shipped, the marks will be wrong. The app lets you type your own figures in for exactly this reason, and it shows the printed shop-table value beside its own whenever the two disagree.
Nothing in these apps is engineering advice, and using one does not create a professional relationship between you and the developer.
The apps are provided as they are. They are tested before every release, but no software is promised to be free of defects, and no promise is made that any particular figure suits your particular job.
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for material, labour, delay or loss arising from relying on a figure without checking it. Where the law does not allow that limit, liability is capped at what you paid for the app.
Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you and cannot be signed away.
Apps are sold once. There is no subscription and no purchase inside the app. Apple collects the payment, sets the price in your currency and handles any tax.
Refunds are Apple's to give. Ask through reportaproblem.apple.com. If the app is at fault, write as well and it will be fixed.
These terms may change as the apps change. The date below tells you when they last did.
Turkish law governs these terms. That does not remove the protection of the consumer law where you live.
