FirstHey AI is for people aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older.

The characters are AI

Nobody is on the other end. Every character, message and voice in FirstHey AI is generated by artificial intelligence. They are written personalities, not real people, and they do not represent anyone real. A call, a date or a rejection in the app is practice, not a relationship.

AI replies can be wrong or unsuitable. Nothing a character says is professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

Respectful use and the three-warning rule

Talk to the characters the way you would want to be talked to. In particular, you agree not to:

• send sexual or explicit messages, or ask for them;
• insult, threaten, harass or degrade a character;
• keep pressing for a call or a date straight after being told not yet;
• use the app for anything unlawful, or to abuse the service.

Each message is checked automatically. Breaking one of these rules earns a warning from that character, and the third warning ends the conversation: the character blocks you and you can no longer message or call them. Deleting the chat does not lift the block. This is part of the practice — real people walk away too.

Your content

What you write is yours. Do not enter someone else's private information. How your content is stored and what is sent to the AI service is set out in the privacy policy.

Subscriptions

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store.
• It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Purchases can be restored from within the app. Payment is handled by Apple.

The licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on the devices your Apple Account allows. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where anything here disagrees with Apple's terms, Apple's terms win.

No guarantee

The app is provided as it is. It needs the AI service to answer, and we cannot promise that service is always available. We are not liable for emotional, social or financial outcomes of conversations with characters.

Changes and contact
